Seagnol Photonics Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to Seagnol Photonics for short) provides products with following conditions and terms, if any questions about our service, we are glad to have your feed back.
1. Price
All price or charges quoted by Seagnol Photonics are based on US dollars ($) or Euro (€).
2. Payment
Payment terms as quoted, agreed on both Seagnol Photonics and customer side, shall be full wire transfered to the beneficiary.
3. Products Production
Products will be processed after receiving the payment, the production will be finished within the delivery term our sales representative quoted for you. Customer should not change the production plan once the order was confirmed.
4. Delivery Terms
Under Incoterms 2000.
5. Lead Time
The lead time will be quoted according to the product and our production plan, as normal, the production will need 1 to 3 weeks, the shipment delivery term from Seagnol Photonics to customer is not included in the lead time, usually, it takes 3 to 7 days for shipment otherwise there is force majeure exist.
6. Package
The products will be packed in a standard carton with sponge, bubble wrap or the other to keep the products safe during the shipment.
7. Shipment
Once the products are ready, we will arrange the shipment by Fedex (TNT), DHL, UPS, the express company can be selected by customer upon request, we will email customer the tracking number after the package picked up by the courier. Or, customer can specify the freight forwarding company.
8. Warranty
Seagnol Photonics provides products warranty 1 year since the shipping date, if your products failed during the warranty period, please contact us in time and tell us the problem with detail description along with picture, we will do our best to help you to solve it, if there is manufacturing or material problem after our assessment, will call the product back, fix it or replace it.
9. Others
Any of products data sheet, drawing or the other technical information from us shell remain property and be held in confidence by Seagnol Photonics.
